This website provides a complete, paperless process for military and non-military organizations to request appearances by Bands, Speakers and Representatives of the US Air Force at public and official government events.

Simply answer the questions describing your organization and event, and our site will generate the required Department of Defense request form, complete with electronic signature.

This online service allows the Secretary of the Air Force, Public Affairs Outreach Division and Air Force band schedulers to evaluate requests for appearances with near real-time capability. It also provides requesting organizations 24-hour access to monitor the status of their requests.

Please note: Due to the high demand and competing mission requirements for Air Force Bands, Speakers and Representatives, we may not be able to provide appearances at all events that are deemed eligible.
